Organising and supervising the unit in accordance with Compass Group UK & Ireland standards, contract specifications, and statutory regulations. Responsible for the efficient and effective management of the unit, ensuring quality service. Preparing, cooking, and serving food to agreed standards. Managing resources, including stock, team members, and assets efficiently and economically.
