Chef Manager - London

Pabulum Catering is now recruiting for a Chef Manager to help us deliver exceptional food experiences to our children at Chesterton Primary School.

As a Chef Manager, you will work in a passionate and dedicated team to create an outstanding experience for our school community.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Preparing delicious food
• Managing kitchen operations, including Health & Safety, Training & Development, and maintaining Unit Bookwork
• Receiving and managing food deliveries and storage
• Developing excellent relationships with clients, team members, and customers to ensure the catering contract's success and growth

Our ideal Chef Manager will be:

• Passionate about food and customer service
• A great communicator who works well with a team, with supervisory skills to motivate and develop staff
• Financially astute, with full training provided in our processes and systems
• Possessing relevant qualifications and experience in catering

Role details and benefits include:
