Quantum Care is seeking a passionate Chef Manager to lead our kitchen for residents. You will create nutritious, comforting meals, oversee meal preparation, and manage day-to-day kitchen operations.

Responsibilities

• Meal Preparation: Create homely, well-balanced meals tailored to dietary needs.
• Team Scheduling: Plan staff rotas and arrange cover for absences.
• Catering Operations: Oversee all aspects of the catering service with safety and cost-effectiveness.
• Training Compliance: Ensure all kitchen staff complete required statutory training.
• Stock Management: Conduct regular stock takes and maintain inventory at minimum levels.
• Customer Engagement: Communicate with residents and staff to gather feedback and improve dining experience.
