CH&CO, part of Compass Group UK&I, is recruiting a Chef Manager to lead food service in Gloucester on a full-time basis (40 hours/week).

You will create exceptional culinary experiences, train teams, manage budgets, and ensure safety standards while delivering great customer service and consistency across operations.

Qualifications

• City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent required.
• Passion for great-tasting food and customer service.
• Experience managing teams in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Preparing delicious, high-quality food that delights clients and customers.
