Pabulum Catering is now recruiting for a Chef Manager to help us deliver exceptional food experiences to our children at Larchwood Primary School.

With over 120 sites across Southern England, there are many opportunities for growth, learning, and development.

Your key responsibilities will include:

1. Preparing delicious food
2. Managing kitchen operations, including Health & Safety, Training & Development, and maintaining the Unit Bookwork
3. Receiving and managing food deliveries and storage
4. Developing excellent relationships with clients, team members, and customers to ensure the catering contract continues to grow positively

Our ideal Chef Manager will be:

• Passionate about food and customer service
• A great communicator who works well as part of a team, with strong supervisory skills to motivate and develop a large team
• Financially astute, with full training provided on our processes and systems
• Qualified with relevant experience in catering or a craft background

Role details and benefits include:

• Salary: £26,000 per annum
• Monday to Friday, 7:00 - 15:00

• The role: We are recruiting a Catering Assistant to join our professional team.

As part of working in Education, you will need to provide two employment/character references and undergo an Enhanced DBS/Criminal Record Check (paid for by us).
