Pabulum Catering - Chef Manager Role

Pabulum Catering is recruiting for a Chef Manager to deliver exceptional food experiences at Chesterton Primary School.

As a Chef Manager, you will work with a passionate team to create outstanding experiences for our school community.

With over 120 sites across Southern England, there are ample opportunities for growth, learning, and development.

Your key responsibilities will include:

1. Preparing delicious food
2. Managing kitchen operations, including Health & Safety, Training & Development, and maintaining Unit Bookwork
3. Managing food deliveries and storage
4. Developing strong relationships with clients, team members, and customers to ensure continuous growth of the catering contract

Our ideal Chef Manager will be:

1. Passionate about food and customer service
2. A great communicator and team player with supervisory skills to motivate a large team
3. Financially astute, with full training provided on processes and systems
4. Experienced with relevant qualifications in catering
