Job summary

Impact Food Group (IFG) is recruiting a Chef Manager for a new Bristol area secondary school. The role is Monday to Friday, 7am-3.30pm (45 hours/week) with term-time plus inset days and three additional weeks.

You will run a high-volume kitchen serving hundreds of students daily, lead a catering team, plan menus, manage stock, and ensure food hygiene and safety compliance. 38,000 per year. 42 weeks/year.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen, preferably in schools or large-scale catering.
• Ability to plan menus, manage stock, and control budgets.
• Strong emphasis on hygiene, safety, and compliance.

Responsibilities
