Pabulum Catering is recruiting for a Chef Manager at Hamstel Infant and Junior School.

As a Chef Manager, you will work with a passionate team to create outstanding experiences for our school community.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Preparing delicious food
• Managing kitchen operations, including Health & Safety, Training & Development, and maintaining Unit Bookwork
• Receiving and managing food deliveries and storage
• Developing strong relationships with clients, team, and customers to ensure continuous growth of the catering contract

Our ideal Chef Manager will be:

• Passionate about food and customer service

• Financially astute, with full training provided on processes and systems
• Possessing relevant qualifications and experience in catering

Role details and benefits include:

• Salary: £32,000 per annum
• Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

Our core ingredients for your role are:

• The food: 94% of our food is freshly prepared on-site daily, using 75% British produce, with minimal frozen or processed foods.

In this education role, you must provide two employment/character references, and we will conduct an Enhanced DBS/Criminal Record Check (paid for by us).
