Job Description:

They are hiring a Chef Manager at Hampton Hill Junior School, Hampton Hill, to ensure nutritionally balanced and tasty food for future generations. The role is term-time only with no weekends, offering flexibility.

The Role:

  • £17.00 per hour
  • 30 hours per week, Monday - Friday
  • Term-time only, 39 weeks per year

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, cook, and present food to Caterlink and client standards
  • Ensure compliance with Health and Safety, Food Safety, and environmental legislations
  • Enhance the company's reputation through excellent food and service
  • Manage day-to-day operations, supervise teams, inventories, budgets, and action plans
  • Act as the main contact for the school client, implementing improvements
  • Monitor KPIs and financial targets with your line manager
  • Support and train team members, ensuring performance management and training completion
