Eurest is seeking an experienced Chef Manager to lead a contract catering operation at Godolphin. The role combines hands-on kitchen work with managing the wider operation to ensure quality, consistency and value.

With Monday to Friday daytime hours, you’ll develop your team, build strong client relationships and drive commercial performance while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience as Chef Manager or Head Chef in contract catering.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• Good commercial awareness including food cost and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of day-to-day catering operation for a smooth service.
• Lead from the front, staying hands-on with food prep and service.
• Deliver a fresh, appealing food offer that keeps customers returning.
• Motivate and develop the team, creating a positive working environment.
• Build and maintain client relationships to meet expectations.
• Manage food costs, stock, ordering, labour and budgets to achieve targets.
• Maintain high standards of quality, presentation, hygiene and cleanliness.
