You will own a small corporate kitchen, delivering breakfast and lunch service while maintaining high standards of quality, allergen controls and client relations. This role offers clear career progression within a supportive, chef-led contract caterer.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Chef Manager or Head Chef.
• Background in Contract Catering or Business and Industry.
• Strong fresh food and menu development skills.
• Confident with food costs, ordering and stock management.
• Strong knowledge of allergens and food safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day kitchen operation.
• Create fresh, commercially successful menus.
• Deliver breakfast from 8:00am to 10:00am.
• Deliver lunch from 12:00pm to 2:00pm.
• Manage menu costings, ordering and stock control.
• Manage team holidays and kitchen cover.
• Maintain excellent allergen and food safety compliance.
• Drive food quality, consistency and presentation.
• Build a strong relationship with the client.
