Pabulum Catering is now recruiting for a Chef Manager to help us deliver exceptional food experiences to children at Chesterton Primary School.

As a Chef Manager, you will work within a passionate and dedicated team to create an outstanding experience for our school community.

With over 120 sites across Southern England, there are plenty of opportunities for growth, learning, and development.

Your key responsibilities will include:

1. Preparing delicious food
2. Managing key aspects of the kitchen, including Health & Safety, Training & Development, and keeping the Unit Bookwork up to date
3. Receiving and managing food deliveries and storage
4. Developing strong relationships with clients, team, and customers to ensure the catering service continually improves and expands

Our ideal Chef Manager will be:

1. Passionate about food and customer service
2. A great communicator who works well as part of a team, with excellent supervisory skills to motivate and develop a large team
3. Financially astute, with full training provided on our processes and software systems
4. Possessing relevant qualifications or experience in catering
