Pabulum Catering - Chef Manager Role at Chesterton Primary School

Pabulum Catering is recruiting for a Chef Manager to deliver exceptional food experiences to children at Chesterton Primary School.

As a Chef Manager, you will work within a passionate team to create an outstanding experience for our school community. With over 120 sites across Southern England, there are ample opportunities for growth, learning, and development.

Your key responsibilities will include:

1. Preparing delicious food
2. Managing kitchen operations, including Health & Safety, Training & Development, and maintaining Unit Bookwork
3. Receiving and managing food deliveries and storage
4. Developing strong relationships with clients, team members, and customers to ensure continuous growth and excellent service

Our ideal Chef Manager will be:

1. Passionate about food and customer service
2. A great communicator, team player, and capable supervisor motivating a large team
3. Financially astute, with comprehensive training provided in processes and software systems
4. Possessing relevant qualifications/experience in catering
