Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Chef Manager to lead our operations in Wrexham, United Kingdom.   • Provide strategic leadership and direction to the organisation, setting clear goals and ensuring alignment with company vision and values
  • Oversee all operational aspects of the business, including day-to-day management, resource allocation, and process optimisation
  • Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, profit and loss accountability, and cost control initiatives
  • Lead, motivate, and develop the management team and staff, conducting regular appraisals and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development
  • Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements, health and safety legislation, and company policies across all operations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners to enhance the organisation's reputation and market position
  • Analyse business performance data and market trends to identify opportunities for innovation and growth
  • Implement strategic initiatives and manage change effectively to drive business transformation
  • Champion a customer-focused approach, ensuring service excellence and customer satisfaction at all times

Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Strong financial acumen with demonstrated experience in P&L management, budgeting, and financial analysis

  • Experience in change management and implementing operational improvements
