Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Chef Manager to lead our operations in Wrexham, United Kingdom.

  • Oversee all operational aspects of the business, including day-to-day management, resource allocation, and process optimisation
  • Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, profit and loss accountability, and cost control initiatives
  • Lead, motivate, and develop the management team and staff, conducting regular appraisals and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development
  • Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements, health and safety legislation, and company policies across all operations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners to enhance the organisation's reputation and market position
