Job summary

Accent Catering Services Ltd is seeking a Chef Manager for its secondary school site in St Leonards-On-Sea. The role offers 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday, term time only, with evenings and weekends off.

You will lead the kitchen, plan menus, ensure food quality, stock control, and supervise a team to deliver nutritious meals that support student wellbeing. We are looking for a talented Chef Manager with strong craft skills, creativity for themed days and events, and a passion for people

• Excellent craft skills for leading a kitchen
• Proven experience in managing, training and leading a team
• Proven track record of continually improving standards
• Passion for food with excellent culinary skills and great eye for detail
• Creativity in developing themed days, pop ups, hospitality and large events
• Financial and budget awareness with experience in controlling food costs

As our ideal Chef Manager you will:

The ideal candidate will also have the flexibility to work overtime as required.
