An innovative independent school is seeking a dedicated Chef Manager to oversee catering operations. The only independent school in Perth, Scotland set in a beautiful campus located on the outskirts of the ‘Fair City’ with easy access to the road network from all directions. We are a small co-educational school that offers an outstanding education to students from age 3 to 13. We offer a core feeding for lunchtime for just over 100 students and 54 members of staff, with occasional hospitality events. This is a Term-Time Only role and the location benefits from free onsite parking.
We are looking to hire an experienced Chef Manager to join the operation at one of our prestigious locations in Perth.
This role will be working closely with the catering team, along with the operations manager to ensure that the day-to-day catering and hospitality is delivered to a high standard. You will be experienced in a similar role. Whilst ensuring all catering operations are executed well, you will also be able to manage the financial budget for the location.
