We are recruiting for a Chef Manager at Radius Gnangara Home, Enniskillen. This is a great opportunity to join a world-leading facilities management company.

Working Pattern

32 hours per week, 4 in 7 days, 7:30 am to 4 pm

The Role

• Produce great-tasting food, challenge standards, and ensure quality and consistency according to company and brand specifications
• Ensure food service achieves maximum efficiency and high customer satisfaction
• Review menu costings and plan for seasonal fluctuations with the General Manager
• Complete all bookwork within agreed timescales and requirements
• Adhere to HACCP, Food Safety, and Health & Safety Legislation

• Experience in a similar role
• Food Hygiene Level 3 qualification
• Lead by example and embody company values
• Enthusiastic and passionate about customer service
• Self-motivated, independent, flexible, and positive
• Basic reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills for safety and communication
