Aramark UK is recruiting an experienced Chef Manager to oversee operations at Kerry Ingredients, Menstrie, FK11 7ES. You will manage daily unit activities, prepare meals, delegate tasks, and lead your team to success.

• Full-time position, 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday, 7am - 3:30pm, weekends and evenings off
• Salary between £28,500 - £30,000, dependent on experience

A day in the life of a Chef Manager:

• Ensure compliance with Food Hygiene & Safety standards
• Prepare hot and cold food for deli grab & go and hot counters during breakfast and lunch, following recipes and brand standards
• Manage stock flow, rotation, ordering, stock takes, and back-office paperwork
• Complete daily financial documentation accurately and on time
• Handle customer complaints professionally
• Coach team members on procedures and standards, ensuring ongoing training and development

Ideal candidate:

• Relevant culinary qualification and previous experience, preferably in contract catering
• Knowledge of financial processing, P&L, and stock management
