A leading company in contract catering is seeking a management professional to oversee operations at their Marlow site. This role encompasses team management, budget oversight, and a commitment to high standards of food safety and customer service. This is a management role responsible for the operation of the contract, liaising with the client to ensure customer satisfaction with food and service at the site. You will be responsible for recruiting, training, and motivating your team.
You will also manage the budget, complete weekly reports and stock counts, and ensure that you and your team meet GP and budget targets. This requires good planning and organizational skills, in-depth knowledge of contract catering for accurate forecasting, and a drive to deliver innovative food and service daily—something that sets Bartlett Mitchell apart from other contract caterers.

Ideally, you will be educated to a City & Guilds 706 1 and 2, NVQ, or have equivalent skills and experience, with a minimum of a Level 3 Food Safety qualification and Level 2 Health & Safety. You must also have excellent knowledge of Food Safety Management System requirements and COSHH.
