Job description

We're currently recruiting an ambitious Chef Manager to help us create exceptional food experiences for CH&CO on a full-time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week.

Shift Pattern

• Monday to Friday: Full-time (Days)
• Saturday and Sunday: Flexible or off (details to be confirmed)

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing high-quality, delicious food that delights clients and customers
• Identifying opportunities for service improvement
• Supporting and training teams, leading from the front
• Delivering food concepts to customers
• Managing food orders, stock control, and waste reduction
• Overseeing catering operations, inventories, and implementing action plans
• Managing budgets and meeting financial targets
• Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety standards

Candidate Requirements

• City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent
• Passion for great-tasting food and customer service
• Experience managing teams in a similar role
• Excellent communication skills and relationship-building ability
