The Job Role:

  • B&I Chef Manager to oversee catering for a stunning client office in central Manchester.
  • The Chef Manager will be responsible for overseeing and producing a fresh, on-trend breakfast and lunch offering alongside hospitality for meetings and events.
  • The Chef Manager will lead and develop a team of 6.

The Requirements

  • A Chef Manager with good experience in quality fresh food operations.
  • A Chef Manager who has their finger on the pulse and is in touch with high street food trends.
  • Strong financial acumen and the ability to manage food costs and produce a healthy GP.
  • A self-starter and forward-thinking Chef Manager who leads from the front.
  • Computer literate and can liaise with clients.

  • Central Manchester.
  • Accessible via public transport.
