This role based at RMBI Prince George Duke of Kent Court is within our award-winning brand, Caterplus, one of the UK's leading catering services specialising in the care sector. We pride ourselves on creating superb environments for the over 55 community, contributing to their social life and fostering friendships. What you'll be doing...

As a Chef Manager, you will proactively manage teams on site, including recruiting, inducting, training, and supporting colleagues to deliver high-quality service to Elior UK, our customers, and clients.

• Motivating and managing a team
• Controlling and managing a budget
• Ensuring effective team communication, building relationships, management reporting, and client liaison for operational excellence
