As Chef Manager at Louisa Leisure Centre, you will lead and develop a team of six colleagues, ensuring the delivery of a high-quality food and beverage service within a busy leisure centre environment. The role is responsible for the day-to-day management of the café operation, providing breakfast and lunch services, barista-quality coffee, and a range of freshly produced home-baked products.
