Platinum Recruitment is partnering with a holiday park to recruit an experienced Kitchen Manager for the upcoming busy summer season. Candidates must have prior experience in a holiday park food outlet and a background in high-volume operations.

What’s involved?

For this role, we are seeking an experienced Chef Manager who understands the importance of due diligence and team training.
