This management role involves overseeing contract operations, liaising with clients to ensure excellent food and service, and recruiting, training, and motivating your team.

You will manage budgets, prepare weekly reports and stock counts, and ensure your team meets GP and budget targets through good planning and organizational skills. A deep knowledge of contract catering, the ability to forecast accurately, and a drive to deliver innovative food and service are essential—values that set Bartlett Mitchell apart.

We value high standards in hygiene, food safety, and compliance. You will brief and support your team, infuse our foodies culture into the site, and produce outstanding, seasonal, balanced, and nutritious menus inspired by quality ingredients.

As part of our learning culture, you’ll attend forums and Academy workshops to stay updated on food innovation. Regular kitchen presence and interaction with customers are expected to gauge success, gather inspiration, and maximize sales through our concepts and innovations.

Ideal candidates will have a City & Guilds 706 1 and 2, NVQ, or equivalent skills and experience, along with a Level 3 Food Safety qualification and Level 2 Health & Safety. A thorough understanding of Food Safety Management System requirements and COSHH is also required.
