School Relief Chef Manager NEEDED- MUST HAVE ENHANCED DBS NEEDED

Berkeley Scott, the country’s leading hospitality agency are looking for a Relief Chef Manager to work with one of our clients within our Education.

We are looking for dedicated and hard-working individuals who juggle working across multiple sites while managing small and large teams within school environments.

Term time hours will be 9am-2pm, Monday to Friday.

Rate is £15 per hour equating to an annual salary of £14,625.

You will be responsible for:

  • Supporting as Chef Manager across multiple sites
  • Managing teams including supporting with HR matters, rotas and training
  • Cooking and preparing nutritious meals en masse
  • Creating menus within regulations and being hyper aware of allergens
  • Liaising with school staff
  • Monitoring and being responsible for budgets
  • Managing and ordering stock
  • Ensuring all relevant paperwork is completed in timely and acceptable manner

You Will need:

  • Enhanced DBS Certificate (Child workforce)
  • RTW in UK
  • 2x Employment References
  • 2 years’ minimum work experience in similar environment as a Senior Chef
  • Food and Safety Certificates (including Level 3 Food Safety Certificate)
  • Free meals when on site
  • Uniform provided
  • Pension
