Job summary

Caterplus on-site in Exeter is seeking a Chef Manager to lead a customer-focused catering team. You will recruit, induct, train and support colleagues to deliver an efficient, high-quality service to Elior UK, our customer and clients.

The role is full-time, 37.5 hours per week with 5 days out of 7, requiring hands-on leadership, budget oversight, and strong communication with internal teams and clients to help drive operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Genuine interest in customer service excellence.
• Proven team leader experience with frontline focus.
• Self-motivated and able to work well unsupervised; catering experience preferred.

Responsibilities

As a Chef Manager you will proactively manage teams on site as well as be accountable for recruiting, inducting, training, and supporting colleagues to deliver an efficient, high-quality service to Elior UK, our customer and clients.
