Aramark UK is currently recruiting an experienced Chef Manager to join our team at Corpus Christi, Cardiff, CF23 6XL. You will oversee daily operations, prepare meals, delegate tasks, and lead your team to success.

• Full-time position, 35 hours/week, Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 4:00 pm. Term-time only, with time off during school holidays.

A Day in the Life of a Chef Manager:

• Prepare hot and cold food for deli grab & go and hot counters for breakfast and lunch
• Organize and coordinate hospitality, lead the team, and ensure food standards are met
• Manage stock flow, rotation, and stock takes
• Handle financial paperwork and reporting
• Place orders and manage back-office tasks
• Address customer complaints and liaise with clients
• Train and develop team members in kitchen procedures and standards

Qualifications and Skills:

• Residency in the UK for the past 5 years and legal right to work
• Ability to pass security vetting and DBS checks
• Culinary qualification and relevant experience, preferably in a school environment
• Knowledge of financial processing, P&L, and stocktaking
