A leading catering service provider seeks a Chef Manager in Arbroath to oversee kitchen operations and lead the culinary team. You will be responsible for meal preparation, managing stock and waste, and training new staff. Aramark UK are currently recruiting a Chef Manager to join our team working at RM Condor, Arbroath, Angus, DD11 3SJ.
You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of the unit, preparing meals, delegating tasks to your team, and leading your team to success. You will manage production and food levels to ensure minimal wastage and be supportive of new team members to support them with their learning procedures and standards for all kitchen tasks.
