Aramark UK are currently recruiting a Chef Manager to join our team working at RM Condor, Arbroath, Angus, DD11 3SJ.

You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of the unit, preparing meals, delegating tasks to your team, and leading your team to success. You will manage production and food levels to ensure minimal wastage and be supportive of new team members to support them with their learning procedures and standards for all kitchen tasks.

A day in the life of a Chef Manager:
  • Hot and cold food production for deli grab & go and hot counter service for breakfast and lunch.
  • Organising and coordinating hospitality, leading the team to ensure tasks are allocated and food prep is in line with recipes and standards.
  • Managing stock flow, rotation, ordering, stock takes, and back-office paperwork.
  • Handling customer complaints as needed.
  • Training and coaching team members on kitchen procedures and standards.
You will be set up for success if you have:
  • Resided in the UK for the past 5 years with the legal right to work.
  • The ability to pass security vetting and DBS checks.
  • Relevant culinary qualification and experience.
  • Knowledge of financial processing, P&L, and stocktaking.
