Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers Leisure Retail Limited at the White Lion Hotel is looking for a Chef to master the menu and deliver dishes guests are proud of. You’ll enjoy working in a team, serving up food across Ember Inns brands with a focus on traditional pub grub.

Onsite accommodation is available. The role offers pension, 28 days paid holiday, shopping discounts, and a share plan, plus Wagestream access and opportunities to progress; around 200 Chefs are promoted to Head Chef each year.

Qualifications

• Experience in a kitchen environment with ability to work in a busy pub setting.
• Knowledge of menu items and ingredients is preferred.
• Commitment to high standards of cleanliness and food safety.
