Job description

We have an exciting career opportunity to join our Hospitality & Catering team at our Northbrook campus. This position would suit an experienced Chef Lecturer who has broad teaching experience ranging from Level 1 to Level 3 professional cookery, however we would consider applications from highly experienced chefs who are keen to undertake professional teaching and assessment.

You will be joining a growing and ambitious department who are committed to developing and delivering outstanding teaching & learning. You will be passionate about supporting students throughout their learning journey.

Relevant industry experience in Hospitality & Catering will be required but you will be supported in developing your role here at the College. Your role will include teaching Level 1 to Level 3 Professional Cookery within our dedicated kitchens, classrooms and commercial restaurant. You will work across 14-16, 16-18 and 19+ age groups.

Working collaboratively and developing partnerships within the local community Ensuring that student needs are met in a responsive way, in line with the concept of inclusive learning.

You will be:

  • Highly organised
  • IT literate
  • A great communicator

The working pattern will be discussed at interview. Start date 1 September 2025.
