  • Deliver engaging, practical, and theory-based lessons in professional cookery and culinary skills.
  • Inspire learners to develop their creativity, confidence, and technical abilities.

  • Plan, prepare, and assess a range of teaching and learning activities.
  • Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and professionalism.
Qualifications
  • Proven chef or hospitality industry experience (essential).
  • A recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed, or equivalent) or willingness to work towards one.
  • Knowledge of professional cookery at Levels 1-3.
