Qualifications

• Previous experience of working within a busy kitchen is essential.
• Positive hands on approach with good communication and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Further training and development available in-house and in our Hertford Development Kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and serving the menu to a high standard as per company specification.
• Maintaining food hygiene and health & safety standards and completing related paperwork.
• Receiving deliveries and maintaining proper food storage.
• Maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.
