We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic and guest
focused Chef de Rang / Waiter in the Food and Beverage department within our
Hotel. The main focus of the role will be to provide guests with outstanding
service in the restaurant and associated departments. This is a full-time role and will be reporting into the Restaurant Manager.

Working pattern: Shift work 5 days on 2 days off

Key Responsibilities of a Chef de Rang/Waiter:

  • Take food and beverage orders
    accurately, ensuring all requests are communicated clearly to the kitchen and
    bar staff.
  • Be fully familiar with all menu
    items and products available to offer informed recommendations and answer guest
    questions.
  • Ensure tables are cleaned, set up
    to the highest standards, and maintained throughout the service period.
  • Engage with guests and provide
    attentive service, ensuring every experience is memorable.
  • Maintain all food service areas
    to the highest level of cleanliness and hygiene in accordance with hotel
    standards.
