The Fish is a family-owned, 4 AA Red Star property featuring a seafood restaurant "Hook" (2 AA rosette) serving sustainable Cornish seafood. Guests can also enjoy our lounge and bar areas, which serve gourmet hotdogs, small plates, cocktails, and regional tipples. We host events of all sizes and offer outdoor spaces for dining and relaxation. We are a busy venue!

We are seeking a Chef De Rang to support our F&B Manager in delivering an exceptional, guest-led experience across all F&B activities. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel setting (red star or equivalent)
  • High-volume F&B experience
  • Focus on providing a 5* guest experience
  • Experience in wine, bar, and cocktail service
  • An adaptable, forward-thinking approach to creating memorable guest experiences

We offer an hourly rate of £13.00, increasing to £13.20 after one year, plus a share of service charge and gratuities.
