Working Hours

This role offers flexibility; you can choose part-time or full-time shifts. We optimize schedules across over 5,000 UK venues. For Bristol area chefs, relevant qualifications include NVQ/City & Guilds, Allergen Awareness, and in-date Level 2 Food Hygiene. This is for contract catering with day shifts.

Main Chef Responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure smooth operations.
  • Prepare food according to menu specifications, following Levy standards and procedures.
  • Mentor and support new team members with respectful coaching.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
  • Enjoy your work, stay positive, and have fun!

Skills / Qualifications

Some venues may be within educational settings requiring an enhanced DBS. Please inform the recruiter if you already have one; otherwise, we will assist with the process.
