Bayley & Sage is growing, and we currently have an opportunity for a Chef de Partie to join our Central Production team in South West London.

About The Role

You will work as part of the team with the day-to-day preparation of all items of the ready to eat kitchen, which prepares our salads, sandwiches, and dips. Building, garnishing, assembling, packaging, storing and labelling the ready to eat products and crating them for delivery.

This role will require an exceptional level of attention to detail as your work will have a direct impact on customer satisfaction. Our aim is to surprise and delight Bayley & Sage customers through the continuous excellence of our delicious products.

Responsible for the preparation, cooking and presentation of food according to production schedule, recipe specification and standards of quality.
Responsible for careful and correct unloading and putting away of deliveries following stock rotation guidelines and HACCP principles, reporting any discrepancies/quality issues and ensuring that waste is recorded correctly.
Responsible for contributing to a safe, clean, tidy, and pleasant environment in order to comply with regulations on hygiene and food safety.
Responsible for following CPU standard operating procedures as instructed by senior Chefs.
Responsible for following all Health and Safety and Food Safety guidelines, as instructed by senior Chefs.

You will have some experience in a similar role, or you will have worked in a fast-paced environment before.
