Chef de Partie - White Hart, Lymington

Rate: Up to 15 per hour (including TRONC)

Our new Heartwood Inns, The White Hart, will open in Lymington in Spring 2025.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Chef de Partie to join our team and be part of our new opening.

This historic pub, dating back to the 1700s and located on the edge of the New Forest, is undergoing a multi-million-pound refurbishment. It will feature a welcoming bar with 57 covers, a dining room with 96 covers, and outdoor spaces for al fresco dining with 87 covers, including a lawned garden.
