The Chancery Rosewood, a Rosewood Hotel Group property, is housed in the iconic former U.S. Embassy on Grosvenor Square, reimagined by British architect Sir David Chipperfield. It will include 144 spacious suites designed by Joseph Dirand, alongside a variety of dining and entertainment spaces: providing a stage for progressive ideas, voices and expression

A new chapter in Japanese fine dining is about to unfold and you could be part of it. Tobi Masa, from legendary chef Masayoshi ‘Masa’ Takayama, opens this September in The Chancery Rosewood. With three Michelin stars and a career that has shaped the course of modern omakase, Chef Masa now brings his unmistakable touch to London. The menu will be masterful in its execution, and the team behind it just as exceptional.

We are looking for a Chef de Partie who thrives on precision, calm, and creativity. Someone who understands that less is often more, that ingredients deserve respect, and that the magic lies in the detail. You will work alongside a world-class team, crafting dishes that honour Japanese tradition while embracing thoughtful innovation. This is more than a kitchen; it’s craft in motion.
