Job description

The Longhorn is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Chef de Partie to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes to our customer’s requirements. They will also be responsible for ensuring that all food safety procedures are followed.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Help in creating new dishes and menu items
  2. Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with recipes and quality standards
  3. Assist with food preparation and ensure dishes are served promptly
  4. Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment
  5. Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver high-quality meals
  6. Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines
  7. Capability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively

Hours: 40-50 per week can be flexible

Wage: dependent on experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From £14.50 per hour

Experience:
  • Chef: 1 year (preferred)
  • Cooking: 1 year (preferred)
  • Kitchen experience: 1 year (preferred)
