Inspired by the hotel’s rich heritage, Homage offers a refined yet inviting atmosphere where each dish is crafted with precision and passion. From locally sourced ingredients to timeless recipes reimagined, every element is designed to celebrate the best of British cuisine.
Hourly rate of £14.83 + Service charge - 39 Hours a week (Time and Half Overtime Fully Paid)

What will I be doing?
A Chef de Partie will supervise staff and ensure high levels of food preparation for the Team restaurant. A Chef de Partie will also be required to assist with food cost controls. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
