Pay Rate: £14.00 per hour + as a little incentive, you will earn an extra £1.20 per hour for hours worked between midnight and 6 AM, bringing your rate of pay to £15.20 per hour.

  • Planned opening mid May 2025.
  • Candidate will be working in back of house preparing meals and leading the kitchen team.

Please note, only candidates who can start work at 2 am will be considered for this role.

  • Successful candidates will be required to provide references for the last 5 years and undergo a Criminal Record Check in line with Airport Security Regulations.
  • Due to some responsibilities within the Chef De Partie role, applicants will need to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts.
  • Previous experience leading the kitchen team is required.
