Job summary

Levy UK & Ireland is seeking a Chef de Partie for the staff restaurant at SEC. The role is 40 hours per week, 7am–3pm, with shifts 7 days a week and varied by campus needs.

You will prepare and serve meals, oversee a casual team member, and support functions while upholding high culinary standards. We require a proven Chef de Partie with a strong culinary background, ability to work as part of a team, and solid food safety knowledge.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or equivalent role.
• Strong culinary background with ability to prepare diverse dishes.
• Excellent teamwork and communication within a kitchen.
• Solid knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve meals in staff restaurant.
• Oversee a casual team member and assist with training.
• Support menu planning and execution with Head Chef.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organisation.
• Coordinate for events and peak times to ensure smooth service.
