What you'll be doing:

• Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to the required standards and specifications, following food safety procedures
• Adhering to all health & safety procedures and standards, including food information regulations and safety checks
• Managing a section of the kitchen to meet standards
• Training and directing commis chefs or kitchen assistants in your section
• Properly storing and recovering food to minimize waste
• Assisting with food orders and delivery processing
• Maintaining cleanliness of kitchens and work areas
• Ensuring proper use of all machinery and equipment
• Performing other tasks to support food service delivery as needed
