The Role

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Chef de Partie or Sous Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality dishes to our guests, working in a fast-paced yet rewarding environment. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented chef to shine in a unique island setting.



Key Responsibilities:

-Prepare and cook high-quality dishes to meet our exacting standards.
-Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
-Assist in menu planning and development, incorporating seasonal and local produce.
-Maintain high standards of food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness.
-(For Sous Chef) Support the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations, including stock control and staff supervision.


What We’re Looking For:

-Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or Sous Chef in a high-quality restaurant or hotel.
-Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and a passion for fresh, local ingredients.
-Ability to work under pressure and deliver consistent results.
-Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
-A proactive attitude and willingness to contribute ideas to the menu.
-Relevant qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 2/3 in Professional Cookery or equivalent) are desirable.
-Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
