What You'll Be Doing:
Preparing and cooking dishes using fresh ingredients
Assisting in the day-to-day running of the kitchen
Supporting the Head Chef with menu planning, stock control and hygiene standards
Ensuring food is prepared to a high standard and delivered on time
Maintaining a clean and organised workstation at all times
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or Sous Chef in a similar environment
A strong passion for cooking
Good communication and teamwork skills
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Level 2 Food Hygiene
