Job Title: Chef de Partie

We're looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team, creating exceptional dishes and delivering an all-encapsulating experience to our guests. You'll have experience working in a quality kitchen, adhering to standard operating and Health and Safety procedures.

More importantly, we are looking for people as passionate about food and hospitality as we are!

Join our vibrant restaurant, Solis, as we recruit an experienced Chef de Partie!

Enjoy dishes like spatchcock chicken with smoked Aji-Aji oil, flat-iron steak with peppery steak sauce, served with Asador salad and crispy fries. Our Para Picar includes spiced tuna devilled eggs, street-style corn on the cob, and crispy beef croquetas with caramelised onion. Bocadillos on the lunch menu feature brioche rolls with grilled steak, onion and herb spread, chicken with Mojo Verde and Gordal olives, or beef meatballs with tomato salsa and scorched cheese. Don't miss our creamy cheesecake (Torta Queso) with berry sauce, complemented by sangria, Argentine and Uruguayan cocktails, or Latin American wine.
