Sheraton Heathrow Hotel in West Drayton is seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to lead the Kitchen team and uphold exceptional guest experiences at Heathrow Airport.

This full-time role requires mastery of menu items, production methods, and presentation standards, with strong emphasis on quality control and cost awareness. A supportive, growth‑oriented environment within Marriott International is offered.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language used in the workplace with good communication skills.
• Most tasks are performed in a team environment with the employee acting as a team leader and minimal supervision.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and solve practical problems in varying situations.

JOB ROLE:

• Taking control of the kitchen when the Executive chef and sous chefs are not present.

• Responding appropriately to guest needs during hours of operation
• Ensuring that internal customers are communicated with on a daily basis
• Full awareness of all menu items, their recipes, methods of production and presentation standards
• Assessing quality control and adhere to service standards including the support of food cost control

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• You must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities and be able to explain and demonstrate that you can perform the essential functions of the job using some other combination of knowledge, skills, and abilities.
• Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace, with good communication skills.
• Most tasks are performed in a team environment with the employee acting as a team leader. There is minimal direct supervision.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and solve practical problems in varying situations.
• Advantageous to hold a current Food Safety and Hygiene Certificate level 2.
• Must have at least previous experience in a high quality kitchen environment
