We are seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. The role involves preparing menu items, supporting the kitchen operations, and maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene. The position offers a salary of approximately £33,671.04 annually, including a base of £31,449.60 and estimated gratuities of £2,221.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Preparing and setting up menu items for service
  2. Ensuring allergen and dietary safety compliance
  3. Maintaining temperature logs for hot and cold storage
  4. Managing a section during busy services and supporting team members
  5. Cleaning and maintaining kitchen hygiene standards
  6. Following COSHH and HACCP guidelines
  7. Monitoring portion control and logging wastage

Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of experience as a Chef de Partie, with excellent communication and presentation skills. They should be passionate about food, detail-oriented, capable of taking ownership of their section, and proficient in food safety standards.
